You can assist us by lending us multiples of $20,000.00 interest and payment-free, for a period of at least one year of more. We will use this money to work on a project of your choice. 1        Landscape 2        Houseboat construction 3        Docks & Piers 4        Driveway Each of our houseboats costs around $30,000 to $50,000. We would provide you with free nights here in lieu of interest and payment, yet personally guaranting  your principal loan to us.
